Dispatch
When you purchase goods from our Site we aim to despatch the goods within 24 hours, unless there is customisation required (including the stringing of rackets), which typically adds 1-2 business days before despatch.
Shipping and Delivery
The goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Standard delivery by post. Delivery takes 2-5 business days from despatch.; or
- First Class delivery by post. Delivery takes 1-2 business days from despatch..
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
For orders equal or over the value of £100 you will be offered free Standard delivery. For orders under £100 you will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping return items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot issue any refunds until the product has arrived at our premises.
To instigate a return of a product, please send an email to support@corkandfeathers.com with your proof of purchase.
Processing your return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days. Please note this does not include the processing time for the transaction which is out of our control.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow 3-5 business days for transactions to process and check your bank account again.

Clearance items
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival and within the 30 days of purchase. Please instigate the exchange by sending us an email at support@corkandfeathers.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and this is not refundable, we will however ship the replacement product out to you at with standard shipping of 2-5 business days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be mailed to you. You will still need to provide proof of purchase for the item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. The gift giver will need to provide proof of purchase for the item.
